Ah, yes, way to say what I took 3 paragraphs to dance around incoherently in a few short sentences. well played. you should be like a writer or something ;)Something I should have made clear is that, for me, being able to reserve sufficient alone time wasn’t about realigning to fit a world view but to meet a real mental and physical need. (I’m on the autistic spectrum if that helps to make it understandable.) It’s like if you have a knee that’s prone to injury and you stand on it too much: resting it will prevent a lot of the problems. The underlying issue may not have changed, but you won’t be in pain constantly.
